2nd #AIAMOcamp

On June 3 and 4, the entire consortium came together for the second time to work together on various issues relating to AIAMO. This time we met in Frankfurt. After the successful start of the first AIAMOcamp in Bonn, which had already provided important impetus, we were full of anticipation for the continuation and were not disappointed.

We started with a "Setting the Scene", which created the basis for the two days. This enabled us to enter into the following discussions and World Cafés on a sound footing.

Setting the Scene

In the subsequent sessions, the current status of the project and topics around and within AIAMO were discussed. As part of these sessions, three important AIAMO presentations were presented by our project partners:

1. the AIAMO User Picture: It vividly illustrates the usage scenarios and the added value for our users.
2. the AIAMO Tech Picture: Here we gain exciting insights into the technical basics and the innovative infrastructure.
3. the AIAMO MVP Picture: It presents the current state of development and the central functions of our Minimal Viable Product.

This was followed by a lively and inspiring discussion. Together, we reflected on the status achieved, formulated goals and developed strategies for effective follow-up work on the content presented.

World cafés

A world café was then held under the motto "What does the concrete new look like?". The methodology of a world café with rotating groups and a group leader was chosen to ensure an optimal exchange of knowledge on the various issues. Finally, the group leaders presented the results of the discussions to all those present.
We ended the day with interesting discussions over dinner together.

The second day began with a brief summary of the results so far. This was followed by further intensive working sessions in the form of world cafés and a fishbowl discussion. The combination of different methods and the resulting lively exchange between the project partners made it possible to rethink mobility solutions with AI. The subsequent summary and comparison with the defined goals rounded off the program.

We can look back on two extremely productive days that helped our consortium make further progress in terms of both content and interpersonal skills. The valuable discussions once again showed that personal exchange is very important for the progress of our project.

We are looking ahead to the next AIAMOcamp in February 2025 and are excited about the further developments and results that we will have achieved and discussed together by then.
