Kick-off for "AIAMO goes Europe"
ITS Germany e.V. is also committed to the mobility transition across Europe beyond Germany. As consortium leader of the AIAMO research project, a webinar on the kick-off series "AIAMO goes Europe" was initiated with the ITS Nationals.
ITS Germany e.V. is part of the Europe-wide network of ITS Nationals. The ITS Nationals ensure that findings and developments reach both local and national stakeholders, including small and medium-sized enterprises. The network supports co-operation and project initiatives between EU Member States and promotes awareness of common ITS interests within the European Union. By sharing knowledge and best practices and initiating joint projects, this co-operation promotes international standards and strengthens global innovation.
AIAMO's "AIAMO goes Europe" initiative aims to expand the project's proven approaches and technologies at a European level. The aim is to introduce and adapt AI-driven solutions for environmental and mobility management throughout Europe. The following goals are being pursued:
- European cooperation: Stakeholders are to be networked in order to develop uniform standards.
- Scaling and adaptation: The solutions are to be tested and optimised in other European countries.
- Mobility efficiency and sustainability: The implementation of AIAMO solutions should improve mobility in Europe.
- Support for SMEs: AIAMO helps companies to revolutionise transport networks and achieve environmental goals through customised AI mobility solutions.
- Supporting local authorities: We help local authorities to utilise their wealth of data to improve quality of life and road safety.
- Strengthening European competitiveness through more sustainable, user-centred and resilient mobility: "AIAMO goes Europe" aims to promote the project's innovations throughout Europe.
A first webinar was held for this purpose. We were delighted with the lively exchange and look forward to the upcoming developments!
